This course is designed for Coast Guard and other law enforcement agencies that work on various waterways. This course is designed to accommodate groups that work on lakes, rivers, ports, open seas, etc and will prepare the marine law enforcement team to deal with terrorist activities in their jurisdiction.

Course outline:

Anti-sabotage techniques aimed against marine vessels
Detecting and damaging intelligence collection by the enemy
Dealing with homicide bomb boats targeting a marine vessel or sensitive facility on the water
Divers both terrorist and law enforcement
Techniques for handling a terrorist attempt to take over a marine vessel
Case studies of numerous terrorist activities on the waterways in Israel
Principles of marine intervention operations
Conducting high-risk searches for bombs and terrorists on a marine vessel
Technology to damage and disrupt terrorist activities
Understanding extreme Islamic characteristics
Interviewing and questioning techniques for individuals or groups

· Tactical ship boarding

· Shooting from a Jet Ski on static and dynamic targets

· Shooting from a speed boat on static and dynamic targets

· Tactically approaching a suspicious marine vessel

· Dealing with assassination divers

· Assisting a boat team under attack

· Stopping a boat bomb

· Rapid deployment from marine vessel to the shore

· Stopping highly skilled terrorist or criminal team attempting to penetrate target facility from the sea

· Jet Ski and speed boat driving techniques
